Virgin hair - Refers to hair that is completely unprocessed, and intact. To qualify as virgin hair, it must meet rigorous standards including: not been permed, dyed, colored, bleached, chemically processed in any way. Virgin hair is the hair you want if you are going to dye the hair. Virgin hair is likely to have a few strands of gray or white hair since it is in its natural color and has not been dyed. This is a natural characteristic of 100% virgin hair. It usually comes in a color range around #1b to #1 a natural dark brown to black. What's the difference between single/double drawn?Single drawn Remy hair also called Virgin hair is made up of hairs of all different lengths as it grows naturally on the head. The cuticles are intact and these pieces look very natural. Double drawn hair is sorted so that all the hairs in a weft are within one or two inches in length, this is sorted so that all of the strands are of the exact same length. This is the most expensive grade of hair because of the care that is required and the time it takes to sort the hair so meticulously.
