Longevity = High Grade - Hair comes in many different grades from the lowest which is no grade (aka non remi) A-AAA to Superior Grades 6A/7A)The higher the grade the longer it last with proper care and also the care given by the collectors. Non Virgin, Non remy, Processed human hair,, Virgin 1A to 3A are lowest grade and likely to tangle especially if you use the wrong hair care products and do not pay much attention to it.1-3A hair is usually very dry and brittle with split ends , may have grey and this grade is mostly sold in local beauty store in pretty packages processed as virgin remi because it is cheap and always available for mass production. (p.s) Chemical use to give it the nice feeling until after you wash it a few times..:(3A most reasonably priced virgin hair available. 3A hair tends to be much drier and will not last as long compared to real 4A+ It will require more often deep conditioning to keep it in good shape. AAAA (4A is much better, but cuticle not in same direction, 5A are full cuticle virgin hair, 6A, 7A are the best guaranteed Pure Virgin Remy full cuticle same direction). Most companies do not offer them because the of the high cost.Need hair short term try 3A/4A or if your on a tight budget or need colored hairs 1-3 months, >> 4A are considered Med grade Virgin hair3-6, 5A is High grade Virgin up to 1yrs, 6A is Royal Grade Virgin remy hair & 7A are our superior grades and are only available from our Indian temple virgin Collection directly from India! Virgin hair - Refers to hair that is completely unprocessed, and intact. To qualify as virgin hair, it must meet rigorous standards including: not been permed, dyed, colored, bleached, chemically processed in any way. Virgin hair is the hair you want if you are going to dye the hair. Virgin hair is likely to have a few strands of gray or white hair since it is in its natural color and has not been dyed. This is a natural characteristic of 100% virgin hair. It usually comes in a color range around #1b to #1 a natural dark brown to black. What's the difference between single/double drawn?Single drawn Remy hair also called Virgin hair is made up of hairs of all different lengths as it grows naturally on the head. The cuticles are intact and these pieces look very natural. Double drawn hair is sorted so that all the hairs in a weft are within one or two inches in length, this is sorted so that all of the strands are of the exact same length. This is the most expensive grade of hair because of the care that is required and the time it takes to sort the hair so meticulously.

Final Break down:

3A as processed remi (not for bleaching or coloring)0-3 mos

4A med grade Virgin hair can lift to #8 #27-30 (good for ombre)1-6 mos

5A High grade Virgin hair ( cuticle hair) 1-2yrs

6A Natural Virgin remy ( Asian factory steamed for textures)cuticle correct)1-3yrs

7A Indian Temple virgin remy (Organic patterns not steamed) Luxury high cost.(3-5yrs)
